Is the boarding really cage-free?
Yes — there isn't a single cage on the property. Dogs sleep in open indoor suites on soft bedding and spend the day on the lawn. Dogs who prefer their own space get a private room, never a crate.
How will I know my dog is okay?
You'll get photos and videos on WhatsApp every morning and evening, and you can ask for a video call any time. Many parents say the updates are the highlight of their trip.
What do I need to bring?
Just your dog's vaccination record and anything that smells like home — their bed, blanket or favourite toy. Food is included, or send their own and we'll follow the exact schedule.
