What do I need to bring for my dog's stay?
Just your dog's vaccination record and anything that smells like home — their bed, blanket or favourite toy. Food, bowls, bedding and treats are all provided, or you can send your dog's own food and we'll follow your exact schedule.
Is the boarding really cage-free?
Yes. There isn't a single cage on the property. Dogs sleep in open indoor suites on soft bedding and spend the day on the lawn. Dogs who prefer their own space get a private room, never a crate.
Which vaccinations are required?
An up-to-date rabies vaccine and the DHPPi combination vaccine are required for every guest. We check the vaccination card at the meet-and-sniff visit, and dogs get a quick tick check on arrival.
How will I know my dog is okay while I'm away?
You'll receive photos and videos on WhatsApp every morning and evening, and you can request a video call with your dog at any time, free. If anything ever seems off, we call you immediately — good news or not.
What does a typical day look like?
Morning walk and breakfast, supervised group play on the lawn, nap time in the suites, an afternoon activity (agility, puzzle games, or splash pool in summer), evening walk, dinner, and wind-down cuddles before lights out. Puppies and seniors get gentler versions of the same routine.
Can you give my dog medicines or handle a senior dog?
Yes, at no extra charge. We follow your written instructions exactly, keep a medication chart, and send you photo confirmation with each dose. Senior dogs get orthopaedic-friendly bedding and low-impact routines.
What food do you serve? Can I send my dog's own food?
We cook fresh, vet-approved meals — chicken and rice, curd rice, eggs and vegetables — and also stock popular kibble brands. You're always welcome to send your dog's own food, and we'll serve it on your usual schedule. Allergies and prescription diets go on a written chart.
Do you accept aggressive dogs, unneutered males or females in heat?
We assess every dog individually at the meet-and-sniff. Dogs with a bite history or strong reactivity may be offered solo-stay care instead of group play. Unneutered males are welcome with solo play; females in heat are best boarded in the private room — message Rajesh to discuss your dog honestly and we'll find the right setup.
What happens if my dog falls sick during the stay?
We call you immediately, before taking any decision. Our partner vet clinic is minutes away and on call 24×7. With your go-ahead we handle the visit, share every report on WhatsApp, and any vet costs are billed at actuals with receipts.
Do you offer pickup and drop?
Yes — our air-conditioned pet taxi covers all of Gurugram at ₹299–₹499 per trip depending on distance, and NCR trips are possible on request. You'll get a photo the moment your dog arrives at the resort.
Can I visit the resort before booking?
Please do — we insist on it! First-timers get a free meet-and-sniff visit where your dog explores while we learn their routine. Visits are by appointment so play sessions stay calm; book one here.
How do I book, and what are the check-in and check-out timings?
Book on WhatsApp at +91 84277 37257 — share your dates and your dog's details, and Rajesh confirms with a quote. Drop-off and pickup are flexible between 8 am and 8 pm. Payment is by UPI or cash; festival-season bookings need a small advance. Cancellation terms are in our policies.
