Love first
Cuddles, patience and names — never numbers. Shy dogs get time; seniors get softness; puppies get everything.
Happy Tails exists because boarding shouldn't feel like leaving your dog behind — it should feel like dropping them at a friend's place.
Like most pet parents in Gurgaon, Rajesh once faced the impossible choice: a cramped cage kennel, or cancelling the trip. He chose a third option — building the place he wished existed.
What began as looking after friends' dogs during holidays grew, tail-wag by tail-wag, into Happy Tails: a home-style resort where dogs live cage-free, eat fresh food, play on real grass and fall asleep next to a human who knows their name, their quirks and their favourite scratch spot.
Rajesh still greets every guest personally, still sends every update himself, and still believes the job description is simple: love them like your own.
Cuddles, patience and names — never numbers. Shy dogs get time; seniors get softness; puppies get everything.
Vaccinated guests only, secure boundaries, first-aid trained humans and a vet on call around the clock.
A handful of guests at a time — matched by size and temperament — so every dog gets real attention.
Photos twice a day, video calls on request, and honest updates — including the muddy-paws confessions.
Happy Tails is a real home with a big private lawn — not a row of kennels. Everything is designed around comfort, safety and the very serious business of play.
